How do I join the referral programme?
Sign in to your novoGlobal account, open Referrals in your dashboard and copy your personal referral link. Share it with friends and family, and you are in.

How much can I earn?
You earn a one-time 5% commission when a friend signs up with your referral link, places an order and confirms international delivery. For example, a ¥1,000 first order from your friend earns you ¥50. The commission is paid once per friend.

Can I invite unlimited friends?
Yes. You can invite as many friends as you like. Each friend earns you a commission once, so the more people you invite, the more you earn.

When will I receive my commission?
Your commission is credited after your friend confirms international delivery of their first order. It appears in the Your Network table of your referral dashboard, next to the order it comes from, and your available balance updates accordingly.

How can I use my earnings?
Your earnings are collected as your available balance in your novoGlobal wallet. You can use your balance to pay for orders or shipping, or transfer it to your bank card. You can see it at any time in your referral dashboard.

What are VIP levels?
The programme has 7 levels: New Member and V1 to V6. Your level depends on your total lifetime nG Points. Each level unlocks practical benefits, such as free Care Add-ons, priority QC handling, monthly shipping discounts, free repacking and priority support. New benefits become available as soon as you reach the required points.

How do I earn nG Points?
You earn 1 nG Point for every ¥1 you spend on confirmed payments for products, China domestic shipping, optional services and international shipping. Points are credited automatically after successful payment. Cancelled or refunded orders do not earn points, and related points are removed. Points are not spent when you use a benefit.

Do my friends' orders count towards my VIP level?
No. Your level is based only on your own purchases. Your friends' orders earn you the one-time 5% referral commission, which goes to your wallet balance and does not add nG Points.

Are there any rules for referrals?
Your referral link is for inviting new customers. You cannot refer yourself, and commission is paid only for new customers who register through your link and complete their first international order.

Where do I find my invite code?
Your referral link ends with your personal invite code, the last 5 digits of the link. For example, if your link ends with invite_id=10667, your code is 10667. Your friend enters it when registering, so make sure they know it.

Is there a welcome offer for new members?
Yes. Every new account gets a Welcome Coupon: 10% off international shipping on the first parcel, up to ¥100. It is valid for 30 days from registration, can be used once per account and cannot be combined with another international shipping discount or promotional code.
